Zuko is a dedicated form analytics & optimization platform that helps teams understand when, where, and why users drop off or struggle on forms and checkouts.
The Convert + Zuko integration enables you to tag form sessions in Zuko with Convert experiment names and variation identifiers. Once active, Zuko lets you filter and compare form behavior (drop-off, field-level metrics, error rates) across variants.
So instead of seeing only which variation “won,” you can dig into why one variant performed better (or worse)—seeing how users moved through the form, which fields caused friction, and more.
Key Capabilities
- Automatically tag sessions in Zuko with Convert’s experiment name + variation name/ID
- Filter and segment form sessions in Zuko by variant (Experiment → Variation)
- Compare field-level metrics (time spent, correction rates, abandonments) across variants
- Use Zuko forms session explorer / replay for variant-tagged sessions to observe user behavior per version
- Minimal manual setup: add Convert tracking, add Zuko tag, enable custom variable logic to push variant info
Benefits
- See why a form variant wins—not just that it wins
- Identify form fields where variants introduce friction (e.g. error spikes, re-edits, timeouts)
- Detect variant-driven abandonment patterns (e.g. more drop-offs on variant B at field 3)
- Improve experiment confidence: understand behavior patterns before full rollout
- Extract deeper insights per variant to feed future hypotheses and test iterations
